Reiki
Reiki is a non-manipulative healing touch where the practitioner gently places hands on the body or uses a hands-off technique if the client is sensitive. Universal Life Energy is directed into the client, starting with an energy balancing of the seven major Chakras, followed by a custom treatment.
Enhancements such as crystals, sound/music, or aromatherapy can be added upon request.

Bio-Touch
Bio-Touch is a skin-on-skin healing modality using two fingers from each hand to gently touch specific points on the head, torso, and limbs. This light touch stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal, addressing various pains, conditions, and injuries. It’s a perfect complement to your current medical care.

For full access to treatment areas, shirts should be removed (ladies may wear a bra or bikini top).

A full session typically lasts 30-40 minutes, with the option to use an additional modality like Reiki or crystal therapy to enhance relaxation. You can also focus on a specific area of concern in a 30-minute session.

Crystal Healing
Crystal healing utilizes the natural vibration of crystals, stones, and gems to promote balance and healing. Crystals are placed on the body, and a pendulum is used to remove negativity, replacing it with positive energy to support health and wellbeing.

Each Crystal Healing session is tailored specifically to the client’s needs, ensuring maximum benefit for their highest good. Whether you’re seeking an energy boost to combat tiredness or a relaxing experience to reduce stress, this modality can help restore balance and vitality.
Access Bars®
Unlock and release the limitations holding you back from living your best life. By gently touching 32 points on the head, outdated thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are cleared, making space for ease, joy, and greater possibilities. This is a wonderful starting point for your wellness journey and a great complement to Reiki.
A 90-minute session is highly recommended, especially for your first visit. Half-hour sessions are not available.

Trapped Emotion Release
Are you experiencing unexplained aches and pains? You may have trapped emotions in your cell memory that need to be released. These emotions can remain hidden in your subconscious, causing physical discomfort and emotional distress.

Using magnets and vibrational tools, this technique targets and removes trapped emotions from your body’s cell memory. Trapped emotions can stem from past trauma, inherited DNA from parents and ancestors, or even past life experiences.

Through body response techniques, Michelle identifies emotions that no longer serve your highest good and releases them, helping restore balance and promote healing.
Card Reading (add-on service)
Card reading is a powerful tool for gaining insight into challenges and receiving guidance on how to address them. Michelle offers personalized card readings that incorporate your preferences and facilitate a conversation between her, the client, and the messages from the cards and Spirit.
